Your cake is very important to us. Please take the time to check your copy of the order form and let us know immediately if there are any mistakes or if changes are needed. Bear in mind that changes to the agreed design may incur extra costs, last minute changes cannot always be accommodated.

We require a 50% deposit to secure your date.  All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cleared payment of the entire balance must be received by the due date shown on your order form for work on your cake to be completed.

In the event of non-payment of the balance, we reserve the right to consider the order cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

Cake orders which are cancelled at short notice (within 6 weeks of the event) will still be charged for in full as we are rarely able to rebook dates at such short notice. Any work carried out is also chargeable.

For orders with less than six weeks’ notice, full payment is required at time of order confirmation and is non-refundable.

As part of our service we offer a personal delivery and set up service. We will liaise with your venue prior to delivery to schedule a delivery slot and check that all arrangements for assembly such as cake stand and table have been taken care of. Delivery in the Brighton is included in the cost. There is a delivery fee for areas outside of Brighton, please ask for more details.

At point of delivery the cake becomes the responsibility of the venue, this is confirmed in the form of a signature by a nominated person i.e. your wedding planner or other member of staff at your venue.

Willow and Bloom wedding cakes contain butter, gluten (wheat) and eggs and are made in an environment that handles nuts, soya and alcohol. Nut, gluten and alcohol free cakes can be made on request, however, we cannot guarantee no cross contamination due to the nature of production.
Willow & Bloom accepts no liability to customers suffering from an allergic reaction from eating our products.
It is the clients responsibility to inform all parties consuming a Willow & Bloom product of the afore mentioned.

Where possible we will accommodate changes you wish to make to your cake and will charge you any extra cost incurred at our discretion. We ask that no changes are made 6 weeks prior to delivery.
