Discover the secrets of Willow and Bloom’s exquisite cake designs and learn how to create them yourself.
We run a wide variety of cake decorating and sugar craft classes at our studio in Ditchling, East Sussex that are suitable for all abilities, whether you are an enthusiastic beginner or a professional cake baker. You can enjoy learning to decorate simple cookies or maybe take a master class in intricate piping and flower making techniques. All our classes are intimate, with a maximum of four people to ensure that you get the best possible teaching experience.
