Willow & Bloom Cakes

Willow and Bloom cakes, formerly known as The Brighton Cake Company was established by cake designer Donna Ayto in 2011. Donna has a background in art and design and in 2001 graduated from the National design academy. Donna also studied interior design at The Regent Academy of fine art in London. Donna has won two awards for her cake design and has recently been asked to teach in Portugal.

Donna lives on the south coast and works from her purpose built kitchen/studio. The company earned the highest food hygiene award of 5 stars in 2012 and reinvests regularly in the most up to date and cutting edge equipment to ensure that compliance and standards never drop.

During the last three years we have supplied cakes to prestigious companies such as Domestic & General and Veolia and have appeared in respected magazines including Sussex life, vogue and Brides Magazine to name but a few.

Our ingredients are, wherever possible sourced locally, where this is not possible we only use the best and most trusted suppliers such as Green and Blacks etc. as we believe that not only should our cakes be visually stunning they should also taste heavenly.
